I think this is not right documented in the Fedora distro.
I try to it install the fedora package: libtirpc-devel but that package send me more errors for:

sudo ./runtests.sh -t performance

I think this is not a good practice and it needs to prepare all tests for the Fedora Distro testing the new release with all packages for testing and update the documentation - https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/kernel/howto-kernel-testday/ with this step.
