  • Inject maven-jar-plugin to create proper manifest with main class
    and classpath
  • Fix tmpfiles configuration
  • Add stub script for finalizing a recording
  • Update README-fedora

Hi, this PR should make jibri work (tested only unconfigured - have to create a test env first).

During my work, i stumbled over a bug in all jitsi packages: The tmpfiles config contain
RPM macros. This cannot work?! Or did I miss something?
(Fixed in jibri, but not in the other packages yet)
