I'd like to collect a list of packages where the upstream project has ostensibly died or vanished. I would maintain a fork of those projects, so we have a place where we can "upstream" our fixes and changes, maybe collaborate with OpenSUSE packagers, and don't have to cargo-cult with downstream patches forever.
