In some cases, the Common Issues Bot says "Buzilla" instead of "Bugzilla": https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/gnome-clocks-freeze-when-an-alarm-is-triggered-doesnt-ring/134411/6

But I can't find any place in this code where the text appears, so maybe this repo is no longer the home for that bot?

Digging into the code, it looks like it's using message templates from Discourse, which is referenced by the get_reply_templates() function. I'm guessing the typo is in the template that's used for that particular message
