#81 Rebuild Fedora Podcast Room

There are a number of admins in the Fedora Podcast room. None of them appear to be active accounts any longer.

I am requesting:

  • The current Fedora Podcast room be renamed to Podcast <DEFUNCT>
  • A new Fedora Podcast room created
  • My Fedora Matrix ID be set as one of the admins

I added Eric as PL 75 on the current room - I don't see the need to make a new room. I also changed the settings so PL 75 can manage permissions. We're trying to use PL 75 instead of 100, since we can't remove PL 100.
