The current logout test is for a single host, single logout. We should extend this to multiple SP's logging in to ensure that all are logged out properly.

Along with the multi-SP Logout test this also enables Apache access logging and core dumping. It also sets MALLOC_CHECK_ and MALLOC_PERTURB_ on all external calls. This is so we can catch memory errors in lasso/mod_auth_mellon.
