Enhance Ipsilon so it can be used by a Service Provider to authenticate external users via Persona.
The simplest way to do this is to use the Remote Verification API: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Persona/Remote_Verification_API
I'll work on this in the near future, but without the remote verification API: I do not want us to have to trust on Mozilla (both for infra uptime and for trust verification), so I'm planning to use a local verifier (I'll likely have to write or find one in Python for this).
