If one tries to log out of an SP that doesn't have the user marked as logged in it will throw a 400 error and log this:
Error validating logout request. Lasso error: [304] Unknown principal on logout, referer: https://ipa.fedtest.org/idp/admin/

I haven't been able to reproduce this. I tried with two SP's, restarting Apache after login and before logout. I tried logging out of the IdP after logging in to an SP and restarting all the Apache servers.
It was my theory that mod_auth_mellon was complaining because it didn't have a login session due to restarting Apache but I haven't been able to see that in practice.
This has not been reproduced before the 1.1 release. Clearing milestone so it gets retriaged
