Replace all references to package liveusb-creator with mediawriter. "Live USB Creator" or "Fedora Image Writer" was renamed to "Fedora Media Writer" and no longer exists in the repositories for f25 and later.

My thought process here was that Fedora 25 is still supported, so we might as well fix the package name, since we link to docs-old on the docs page. I did not get the impression that Fedora 25 would be migrated to the new docs, so this seemed the appropriate place. Was just trying to follow up on the bug report which was against Fedora 25.

Thanks for your help in merging the other doc changes.

@zploskey I believe we had decided not to update the F25 docs at this point given how difficult they are to publish. I think @immanetize should weigh in here.
