F25 should implement a system-wide change that makes the Fedora Media Writer a primary downloadable. Users on all big platforms (Linux, Mac, Windows) should then be able to use the same tool to easily create bootable USB media for installation.

That means we should replace the currently existing chapter on making media with a short procedure explaining what the Media Writer is, where to get it for each platform, and how to make a bootable USB drive.
Added sections for Mac, Linux, and Windows to the install guide plus a small section about the new Fedora Image Writer. Included a few screenshots as well. I left the parts about using gnome disks and the other methods because they are still valid methods of creating the media,
