Should this "f44" be a placeholder for the new rawhide number? ;)
Also, we need to actually sign the packages in the tag with the new rawhide key... this isn't part of the mass resigning, because they are not in f44 tag. So, perhaps we need a note back on that process to also resign the openh264 stuff.

We can drop this part now right? or you want to keep it as a pointer for next time and drop it after that?

I want to keep it on till next branching for the reference.

Yeah, I updated it to {rawhide} variable.
