#404 Add username synonyms for officers

As a new user, you don't know anyone on the project. The Officer list
is a good start towards addressing this, but usernames are not consistent
across platforms. Providing the list of platform synonyms helps new users
begin to feel oriented.

Although if we are going to do something like this it's probably worth linking to their FAS page and/or making it obvious what their @fp.o email is.

+1 and agree with @james that we should also add link to FAS page

Thanks for the feedback. And TIL you can see other people's profiles on FAS! :)

Done. A few things:

  1. Since FAS has all the synonyms, I don't want to manually duplicate them here - the link to FAS is sufficient. But I do think it is welcoming to see contact info, so I'll keep that here.
  2. FAS has links to people's accounts everywhere except on pagure.io, so I've kept that link here, and I plan to add it to FAS. We can then remove it here when that is complete, or when the Forgejo migration is complete, whichever comes first.

One downside of fas is that it does require login... so you have to make an account and login to see it.
