Shouldn't "Do a final stable push of the release to get any pending stable updates out" refer to the SOP for that instead of duplicating the instructions? My version was:

Do a final stable push for the release in Bodhi, following the
xref:releng_misc_guide:sop_pushing_updates.adoc[Pushing Updates SOP].
