might add 'ipactl status' to check status?

Also, might add a note if the web ui redirects to an internal name (and thus doesn't work) you need to run the playbook and/or fix the /etc/httpd/conf.d/ipa-redirects.conf file.

I suppose possibly we could point to the rhel documents about ipa also for more info? but thats kinda behind a registration wall, so perhaps not.
