#173 Add hostnames to critical apps

To make map of critical apps more useful it now contains hostnames of the
machines where the app is located.

noc01 is internal nagios(nagios.fedoraproject.org) and noc02 is external(nagios-external.fedoraproject.org)

osbs-node01.iad2.fedoraproject.org should be osbs-master01.fedoraproject.org

I think this runs from the batcave but not 100% sure

waiverdb, resultsdb are both in openshift...

I saw this service on the pagure machine, but I'm not sure if it's running there either.

@mobrien You were right the service is really runing on batcave (mirror_pagure_ansible).
