This is a periodic house-keeping sweep of our README. I updated our chat
room to point to our Matrix room since it has our pretty logo. It also
makes sure people can find the right links to our stuff. Better to fix
this kind of thing sooner than later.

Fixes #43.

@jflory7 can you change the badge or add a badge from "chat on matrix"?

Should we remove the [**Kickstarts**](https://pagure.io/i3-sig/Fedora-i3-Spin/tree/rawhide): and add the references for https://pagure.io/fedora-kickstarts there we only 2 files fedora-live-i3.ks and fedora-i3-common.ks

  • Change IRC badge to a Matrix chat room badge

I pushed commit 3067fee which changed the README badge. I am going to squash my commits down to one and then merge this. Thanks all for the patience!
