- # Content

+ Official repository for Fedora i3 Spin build assets and Kickstart.

- Until now, this repository contains the kickstarts files used to create

- the Fedora i3 Spin ISO

+ [![License: MIT](https://img.shields.io/badge/License-MIT-yellow.svg)](https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT "License: MIT")

Is this correct? We don't have a LICENSE file in the repo and afaik also never really discussed this (I don't really mind MIT for docs, just asking where this comes from).

+

+ ## Where to go

+

+ * [**Fedora i3 Documentation**](https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/i3/):

+ Documentation about the Fedora i3 Spin and the i3 Special Interest Group (S.I.G.).

+ Look here for guidance and support on using the i3 Spin.

+

+ * [**Discussion tickets**](https://pagure.io/i3-sig/Fedora-i3-Spin/issues):

+ Tickets where we propose, discuss, and vote on new ideas and changes.

+ This is the best place to look for what we currently focused on.

+

+ * [**Kickstarts**](https://pagure.io/i3-sig/Fedora-i3-Spin/tree/master):

+ Building blocks of the Fedora i3 Spin.

+ Used for composing new ISO images.

+

+ * [**i3 Documentation**](https://i3wm.org/docs/):

+ Official documentation for the i3 window manager, hosted by the i3 project.

+

+

+ ## For SIG members

+

+ Some handy links for active SIG members:

+

+ * [**Tickets for the next meeting**](https://pagure.io/i3-sig/Fedora-i3-Spin/issues?status=Open&priority=20):

+ Tickets triaged for the next SIG meeting.

+

+ * [**Roadmaps**](https://pagure.io/i3-sig/Fedora-i3-Spin/roadmap):

+ High-level milestones with deadlines of some kind.

+ Good idea to understand priority and where to best focus time.

+

+

+ ## Legal

+

+ This work is licensed under the Current Default License for software in Fedora, the [MIT License](https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT).

This commit reworks the README to make it a more effective tool for
guiding people to the right place for the Fedora i3 SIG.

Is this correct? We don't have a LICENSE file in the repo and afaik also never really discussed this (I don't really mind MIT for docs, just asking where this comes from).

Nevermind, just read the last line…

LGTM, will merge this unless anyone screams no ;-)

Thanks @defolos! For what it is worth, the default licenses for software and content in Fedora are explained in the Fedora Project Contributor Agreement:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Legal:Fedora_Project_Contributor_Agreement

I'm going to go ahead and merge this in. Thanks for taking a look!
