We discussed this in the i3-SIG 2 years ago (2021) about releasing one version of the Spin to be consumed using Ostree.
I finally had sometime to investigate this.
The work that I'm doing will be hosted in my fork of workstation-ostree-config, 4c34a71f07c0c48007aa6d4d4fed3fcebb71ab97 is the 1st commit with the configuration.
