From discussions on flock planning mailing list, its clear plan for this flock conference will be not only have talks and workshop but can we do more, like have group meetings/hackathon and plan for future direction.

Yeah, we can work on this item. I am myself going to work on fonts test automation and @pyadav planning to work installation test automation.
Bodhi automated test plug-in which would talk to transtats server over REST, and ensure translations packaged and built are complete!
