If you are working on some features that will be part of Fedora 28 then please submit them as Changes for Fedora 28.
During the i18n FAD last month we came up with potential changes including:
I wonder if it is better to have one ticket per Change? That would probably simplify the tracking. (Though there will also be bugzilla tickets, hmm.)
