= phenomenon = We've started to use trac's ticket system to manage the meeting agenda though, apparently less maintained by person who need to take an action. and waste a time to ask the progress on the meeting. so I'd suggest to change the workflow on the ticket system to add a status like NEED_DISCUSS_ON_MEETING or so. we could pick up it and/or NEW too for agenda.
So we can keep using the ticket system to manage tasks as well. also we should move the category from "meeting" to "task" if there are any tasks happened for the incident.

I see we follow same with Ambassador meeting as well. If status is meeting, then only we discuss in meeting.
Sure. let's just waiting for a week and discuss in next meeting. we could just go ahead but wanted to inform this change for everyone.
We agreed on this improvement. Change ticket status to meeting, if any discussion requried. Once that done move it to "task" and again back to "meeting" if discussion required.
In last meeting we decided to have wiki page mentioning workflow improvement.
Wil discuss it further in tomorrow meeting, if any more suggestions.
