comps change pending

I already updated langpacks last year.

All needed merge requests have been merged now:

Change to langpacks has been done already in 2021-03-10: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/langpacks/c/24f7d226724fa5b3718a24aa9afdaf616e902198?branch=rawhide

And this additional change to langpacks has also been merged already: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/langpacks/pull-request/16 (both quick and cangjie are used not only in zh_HK but also in zh_TW)

Testcases for Cangjie also use ibus-table now for Test Day

I believe all the required work for this Change has been completed now.
