If you are working on some features that will be part of Fedora 33 then please submit them as Changes for Fedora 33.
When you submit them, add the wiki page link here as well.

we have deferred https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/New_Fonts_Packaging to Fedora 34 as the required tooling is still not available in Fedora.
I will mark this Fixed as ibus Change is in F33 compose already.
