#206 [tests] Check for TERM in environment before setting

cipherboy/gssproxy fix_testsuite  into  master

Download 206.patch

The presence of the TERM environment variable was not
checked before referencing, causing KeyError to be
raised when building on environments without TERM.

Fixes Jenkins build.
