Following this wiki page: http://k5wiki.kerberos.org/wiki/Projects/Improve_GSSAPI_mechanism_configuration we need to support loading of /etc/gss/mech.d/*.conf files inside libgssapi and provide this as a patch to MIT for the next version.

Note this is NOT directly gssproxy related but a change in the libgssapi library.

Implemented upstream and added to Fedora packages spec file
