I forgot to ship fedmsg configuration files in greenwave 0.2.

greenwave probably shouldn't own the /etc/fedmsg.d directory itself though -- that will be owned by fedmsg. Let's just own the files inside the directory instead. So replace this with:

%{_sysconfdir}/fedmsg.d/*
