This breaks the configuration for fedora stage server again. They define DIST_GIT_URL_TEMPLATE (with https://src.stg.fedoraproject.org/...) and this overrides the configuration.

Priority changed

This is no longer true. The parameter DIST_GIT_URL_TEMPLATE overrides the "*" key.

(But I would really rather have no "*" key, since it's possible to just use DIST_GIT_URL_TEMPLATE.)
