It seems like there's an issue in pagure
(https://pagure.io/pagure/issue/3919) that is blocking the build of our
documentation. Let's disable this step for now, because this is blocking
our release.

+1 But let's wait for Jenkins to finish before merging this.

I've talked with @acorvin about that and we decided to merge this since it's blocking the Greenwave release that can't wait anymore.
