I miscounted... Turns out we only have 1 replica of the waiverdb app not
2, so it's only 5 altogether.

I think this should be uncontroversial, so I am going to merge it now in order to get our Jenkins job passing again in preparation for a release...

The syntax is ridiculous. Is there a documentation for the "untilEach" thing? I failed to find it.
