Bodhi has the ability to poll Greenwave (which will work), but it would be nice if Bodhi could be told synchronously when gating decisions are made via fedmsg.
This is blocking https://github.com/fedora-infra/bodhi/issues/1513.

This is almost done.
I got a fedmsg message out from openshift onto the bus (with signatures) today: https://apps.stg.fedoraproject.org/datagrepper/id?id=2017-ce298593-4d19-4cd0-a0f9-676ddac1852c&is_raw=true&size=extra-large
Greenwave has code to publish too.
Just need some spare time to make sure greenwave has everything it needs to publish.
I think this is done, now that we have messages going out to prod.
The message format has been documented in a PR to fedmsg_meta_fedora_infrastructure.
