#329 Update description for subject field for decision endpoint API

API documentation currently says that the subject field for decision endpoint is deprecated but it's still extensively used by Bodhi (see #298).

The field description should be fixed.

Wouldn't the right approach be to make the corresponding change in Bodhi so it uses the new format?

Bodhi needs to ask for decision on all the builds in an update. Using the new API would lead to making separate decision request for each build which can be slow.
