Download 26.patch

The new script allow to execute most of the steps of the backport
process. User still has to resolve conflict and may need to amend the
commit message and changelogs.

At a minimum please add a comment header that describes the intent of the script and how you would use it. A block comment works with a description of the details e.g. example, when you would use it etc.
