#20 glibc-sync-upstream should replace spec file even on error
Closed: Fixed Opened by fweimer.

Currently, if there is an error during the rebase, the spec file is left in a .spec.new. This is confusing to users. It seems to be beneficial to rewrite the spec file even in case of error.

(It is expected that the previous version of the spec file is still available as part of the Git history.)

Fixed in commit 4f229f6174ce30c827233b8399339ed67b220021.
