This needs further analysis. Something is wrong with the scripting and we leave the working tree in a detached HEAD state.

This happens if the rebase to the new tree fails, then the HEAD is not moved after the user fixes the rebase conflicts manually.

Fixed in commit b0ba724c938ea30159069cff2ae6a2484bbe0d17.
