gfs2_jadd.8: Man page improvements
    
    - Add a note about journal contiguity
    - Use more consistent formatting
    - Restructure sentences to avoid using "you"
    - Update text that was pasted from gfs2_grow.8
    - Typo fixes ("mointpoint"...)
