We have a group of Fedora users in Telegram, Some of them want to participate in translation.
Fortunately their request approved in Zanata by our cooperator in Zanata (today), and also I need some of them to join the cvsl10n group and translate wiki.
I sent an email to Mr. Saeedi in 28 Aug and yesterday, but got no response yet . He is active and we can reach him some times, but we can't force someone to increase his activity.
I think adding a second cooperator and sponsor can divide responsibilities and increase the performance.

I think it is better to explain some thing for clarity.
@haghighi sent a mail to me on 07/11/2017 and ask me to approve his request on cvsl10n. on same day and after 4 hours, I approve hist request and sent reply to his email. on 07/12/2017 he ask me again to accept his request on zanata.org. I didn't have any privileges on zanata (fedora persian translation) and I asked @lashar to accept his request. (note: I became as coordinator for fedora.zanata.org on yesterday with @lashar )

@lashar grant coordinator access for @haghighi on fedora.zanata.org a few days ago. I and @lashar are reponsive to received emails every day.

Agree with @jibecfed and @pravins, it sometime takes time to respond. but finally i don't understand what was the problem? :/

First of all, we don't have problem with you :) I just requested to be sponsors in cvsl10n to increase reach points for contributors. as mentioned in [1], and I emphasized in my comment that you are reachable :)
Yes, you accepted my request for joining to the cvsl10n (thanks for that), also my request in Zanata accepted and we working on that.

But I have not received any response from you to my last emails (one in Aug 28 and another in about 5 days ago) .

I don't created this to impugning you, or ignoring your efforts (not at all).
I just created the issue to request to be the second coordinator/sponsor for Persian, to decrease response time (I'm in touch with many Fedora users in two groups) and increase speed and performance (by dividing responsibilities).

Thanks for your comment but i think it was better to ask me and @lashar when you have a new request to become as coordinator.We will surely do them. We welcome anyone who can help at any level to fedora. I forwarded your email to @lashar and he did. I did not receive any email on 28 Aug from you.

Yea Zanata is OK, but newcomers tells me in Telegram they waited several days and their request not accepted (until two days ago).
Now we doesn't have any problem in Zanata, We have three coordinator and response time is acceptable.
My main purpose in this issue is cvsl10n group.
I asked you in my last emails about cvsl10n group, not Zanata. about [1] and asked your comment about that and how to add newcomers to group to translate wiki. also I repeated my email 5 days ago.
Your response to my first emails was good :) personally I haven't any issue, but actually I received several messages that "people/they are waiting to receive your response", according to their messages, I mailed you (two times) and asked you about that, but I got no response, so I guessed you are so busy and requested to be second sponsor.

Now, it's OK, I have no problem, I have required permissions to work as a translator and it's enough for me. If you can handle request just say it to close the issue.

The cvsl10n management is difficult for everyone. Hopefully, in the future, we should have some automation... this depends on #38
