  80%-90%, or covering the flight and I can pay for accomodation.

• What will you accomplish by being at FUDCon? (Please be as specific as possible, since this is the most important factor in granting requests.)

Last year the talks at FUDCon LATAM were a success for websites. I'd like to give another interesting talk and a workshop to show how things are done actually in the team and with the new websites.

My trip is rather long, so I'd choose a short one, which is minimum 22hours. For now I saw:
Milan-Amsterdam-Buenos Aires-Cordoba september 8th (arriving +1) - KLM and Aerolineas Argentinas 17:25 - 10:28 (+1)
Cordoba-Santiago de Chile-Paris-Milan - Lan Airlines and Air France 11:30 - 14:55 (+1)

• Do you need a visa or other official processing before you can attend FUDCon? If so, approximately how long does that processing take?

No.
