Hi,
There has been a change of plans in my travel. Instead of travelling by car, I will now be taking a flight from Bangalore to Pune on 26 June, and returning by flight on 28 June. The total cost of the flight ticket is INR 7,170 . I hope I can get this amount reimbursed as the total amount is within the allocated travel subsidy for me. Please let me know if this is okay.

There are no receipts attached here. I see that you said you mailed the invoices, but this is where receipts go. It's how we track expenses.
