You need to provide approximate total amount in USD.

Considering round trip of 1800 km, Petrol at Rs 66.05/ltr [1] and mileage of 15 km/l my approximate estimate is

130/- USD.

Hi,

There has been a change of plans in my travel. Instead of travelling by car, I will now be taking a flight from Bangalore to Pune on 26 June, and returning by flight on 28 June. The total cost of the flight ticket is INR 7,170 . I hope I can get this amount reimbursed as the total amount is within the allocated travel subsidy for me. Please let me know if this is okay.
