Speakers shall be provided with an accommodation on the twin sharing basis. You need not account for the accommodation costs here; Only specify the requisite travel costs.

1) Calculating to and fro for flight charges and taxi charges i request you to provide
around $ 390 USD

2) Also I don't wish to stay in twin sharing . It would be great if I can give the session and
revert back on the same day.

Please specify only the cost for airfare and also specify which city you're flying in from. If your travel request is approved, we'll arrange for a cab to pick you up from the airport.

Thanks for the help to pick up and drop from Pune Air Port

I will be flying from Bangalore.In this case the taxi to and fro to airport will cost NOT less than $ 50 USD form the place we reside

The airfare roughly falls to $240 USD

So total of $ 290 USD should be a minimal requirement to meet the expense

Please help on that

Few points :

For the session timings it would great to have in mid day.I will check the flight timings and update you.
Please help on that

Also I am not available till this week Sunday 26 th afternoon online .So I can reply back on this ticket on 27 th based on your reply.

Some more update ..

Air-fare:
Thanks for Pune Airport Pick up/drop.
I will be flying from Bangalore.
We can manage Bangalore airport pickup and drop from our end.
Can you please confirm on the reimbursement of the air fare alone to and fro .It would be roughly $220 USD to $240 USD

Accommodation:
Even though I wish to give the session and revert back on the same day.
Please give some more time to freeze upon this decision.
Please help with reserving accommodation by default
