Hello Martin,
We are pleased to inform you that, your request has been accepted partially for stay only.[1] Stay is provided on the twin sharing basis for the duration of the conference, ie. check-in on 25th June and check-out on 29th June. Expenses for any other days shall be levied on the occupant(you). In case, you need a room for yourself, you'd need to bear half of the room fare.

That's good news! I plan to come earlier (June 21) and visit our Pune office, I plan to cover for the days that are not budgeted of course. Please just help me and provide reservation for a room for the whole week (single room) so that I do not have to move in the middle of the week.
If possible, I would also prefer a room for just myself for the whole stay as I may be have strange schedules and/or calls at the hotel room.

Just to remind you, please book your tickets in time and attach them here for later usage. Confirmed itinerary(timings) will help us in planning cab pick-ups from Mumbai to Pune.
