What will you accomplish by being at FUDCon? (Please be as specific as possible, since this is the most important factor in granting requests.) I have proposed a talk1 and a workshop2 on Docker and Project Atomic along with Lalatendu. I would also like to meet up the community folks after long time.
If you are requesting airfare, include complete flight information such as flight numbers, desired departure and arrival airports, and times. Also let us know if you have specific time restrictions. No.
Do you need a visa or other official processing before you can attend FUDCon? If so, approximately how long does that processing take? No.
Aditya, if your talk is selected, we will cover your accommodation. If you don't need travel support then we could close this as done unless you're looking for accommodation support even if your talk is not selected.
I live in Mumbai so traveling is something which I can easily afford. In fact, if required, I can help receive people flying in from abroad who may need assistance.
Covering accommodation would be great in any case and help me ensure that I come to FUDCon with less worries.

Please note:
Stay is provided on the twin sharing basis for the duration of the conference, ie. check-in on 25th June and check-out on 29th June 2015. Expenses for any other days shall be levied on the occupant(you). In case, you need a room for yourself, you'd need to bear half of the room fare.

It would be nice to know your probable time for leaving Mumbai, This would help us know if you could pick some of the speakers arriving around the same time from the Mumbai Airport. If this sounds convenient to you. :)

I would be happy to pick anyone from the Mumbai Airport. I am comfortable leaving anytime after 7 pm on 25 June. I requested for a pickup from FUDCon organizers but I am not sure if that is approved or do I need to make any arrangements from my end.

I already see that Ryan and a some more people coming on 25, quite late. I would be happy to join him (and/or others). That should make it easier for everyone.
