UCC has requested that we provided a list of requeriments regarding conference room, laboratories, and class rooms.

There is the issue that Saturday is the busiest day in the University and we can not ask for conference room that are allocated to masters degrees. However we can count with the main conference room.

We agreed that the following be used:

Morning: Main Conference Room
Afternoon: Main Conference Room and two small conference room

'''Friday 24:'''
All day: Main Conference room, two small conference room, two computer labs and class room

'''Saturday 25:'''
All day: Main Conference Room

We may get additional classrooms if we ask for them in advance on Thursday and Friday.
