What will you accomplish by being at FUDCon? (Please be as specific as possible, since this is the most important factor in granting requests.) Although official selected talks list is not out yet. But from the logs it appears that I have two talks selected. They are Fedora Videos & Fedora Women. Fedora videos talk would help us to introduce the video group to the folks who are still not aware of it, and help us to involve new folks in the videos group. Fedora women will be more kind of interactive session, it will be towards discussing the current state of women in FOSS & their involvement in the Fedora project in APAC. Using this platform I will try to send out a message so that more women could get involved in the Fedora project.
If you are requesting airfare, include complete flight information such as flight numbers, desired departure and arrival airports, and times. Also let us know if you have specific time restrictions.
Do you need a visa or other official processing before you can attend FUDCon? If so, approximately how long does that processing take? Yes, about the time limit I am not sure. But I think I will get it within a month.
Include any additional, relevant information. If required I could discuss about the subsidy further, not a big issue.

Hi, This is to update that I had booked my flight tickets and luckily I got a cheaper flight worth of :32,075.00 Rs. Since hotel will be booked by the organizers & as far as I know the amount will also be paid by them. I will be reaching on 22nd May at around 11:30 AM & will be leaving on 26th May at 8:20 PM. So Basically the fair charges got reduced to 529.379 USD. Hopefully you could use the funds to bring some more interested folks at the conference.

Since we do not have Red Hat employee in the organizing team, we can not buy your tickets, you should buy flight tickets by yourself and get it reimbursed after FUDCon.
For visa, we recommend you to apply for Visa L(travel visa) since it is easier and only need to provide flight ticket and hotel booking receipt.
As for the hotel booking receipt, since the hotel is located in the university campus, it will be pretty late when we get the booking receipt. So you might try book one on your own, since to our knowledge it does not have to be the same one as final lodging hotel.
