Funding was approved for the travel ( and a little more if needed ), but for the room, this should be only 122€, and should be booked before the end of august, so can you make sure this is done in time ?

If you've not done yet your hotel reservation, please do it ASAP. You can book and Robyn will pay the hotel for you on site. Of course, if you don't have a roommate, it would be hard for you to make your reservation.
Let me remind you that we don't have the block of room any more, free rooms are not guarantee.
