We have a classroom for ~70 on Friday night which is intended to function as the hospitality suite. It only runs on Friday night 5:30pm-11:00pm, not throughout the conference.
This will be part of our hotel planning -- the MP already has this in the draft contract they sent us. I talked to the CY about it in my phone call with them last week and they sounded pretty positive they could work something out for us.
Waiting on package from the hotel -- I've emailed and will make a followup call after today's meeting.
