Tell us the following:

  • What do you need covered? (Please estimate the costs in USD: hotel $X, travel $Y)

  • If we cannot provide a full subsidy, will a partial subsidy be helpful? (Yes/No?)

  • If Yes, specify the minimum amount you need covered to facilitate your attendance.

  • What will you accomplish by being at FUDCon? (Please be as specific as possible, since this is the most important factor in granting requests.)

I am using the federo for longer time and want to contribute based on my knowledge and experience I had. I need to learn more about the federo.

  • If you are requesting airfare, include complete flight information such as flight numbers, desired departure and arrival airports, and times. Also let us know if you have specific time restrictions.

Melbourne to KL and return. Any time will be okay.

  • Do you need a visa or other official processing before you can attend FUDCon? If so, approximately how long does that processing take?

Yes and it may take 5 to 7 days

  • Include any additional, relevant information.

There will be a "Funding Approval Meeting" on Friday March 23rd, 2012 at 14:00 UTC (#fudcon-planning). Please, do attend the meeting as we might have some questions for you before approving your funding.

  • Could you please supply the flight plan - such as flight numbers, desired departure and arrival airports, and times?
  • Everyone is suggested to use economic airlines (such as AirAsia) to save more budget for other people who wants to come, have you done any research on that?
  • Details are need on room arrangements to justify the cost on hotel.
  • As an Australian citizen, there suppose to be no visa needed. Could you tell us which passport are you using?
  • Could you provide your user page of Fedora Project, about your previous participation and experience of Fedora please?
