I would like to get the opportunity of participating the FUDcon in APAC region.I couldnt make the last FUDcon at Pune unfortunately. By being exposing to the event I am looking forward to gain more experiences as this is my first FUDcon, meet other contributors (IRC ppl in live) and expand my network.
I am delivering speech ('focusing on Fedora Design and Insight') and supporting on some workshops for beginners where the contribution towards the Fedora project will be discussed.

Do you need a visa or other official processing before you can attend FUDCon? If so, approximately how long does that processing take? I need visa. Processing time is 3-4 days. I need a letter from the organizers to apply for visa. http://www.kln.gov.my/web/lka_colombo/requirement_foreigner

There will be a "Funding Approval Meeting" on Friday March 23rd, 2012 at 14:00 UTC (#fudcon-planning). Please, do attend the meeting as we might have some questions for you before approving your funding.

From yesterday's "Funding Approval Meeting", your funding has been approved. Would you prefer harish buying the flight ticket or prefer getting a reimbursement for it (as flight ticket pricing fluctuates and buying it yourself can get it at a lower price)?
If you prefer the former, to process your flight ticket, we need a few personal details from you.

Emailed info to Harish and updated the google doc. I got the letter to apply for visa as well. Harish will buy my ticket.
