  • What do you need covered? Travel 1.600 US$, Hotel
  • If we cannot provide a full subsidy, will a partial subsidy be helpful? Sadly, No
  • What will you accomplish by being at FUDCon?
    1. Ruby SIG activities, including ruby 1.9 plans for f17
    2. rpmdev project, can it be globalized? (school for new-packagers)
    3. Get in contact with other fedora board members and try to help and learn
  • If you are requesting airfare, include complete flight information such as flight numbers, desired departure and arrival airports, and times. Also let us know if you have specific time restrictions.
    Dates are tentative, since i could stay sometime visiting the area (still need to work on the details)

  • Do you need a visa or other official processing before you can attend FUDCon? If so, approximately how long does that processing take?

After request, im adding the following two activities/topics i'll be involved at FUDCon Blacksburg:

Hackfest on packaging ruby programs & libs

Become a packager sponsor to keep helping latam efforts in such front

Hackfest at Fedora Documentation Project about third language native docs

As a Fedora Board Member, aside meeting other board member i would like to research in person other funding sources issue vs a fedora financial council and famsco

I'll ve involved in FUDCon LATAM 2012 organization at my country
