Event rooms are already confirmed but it might be possible to have some additional rooms from a nearby university. Confirmation is still pending.
Udelas, is an University a two minutes from City of Knowledge (CdS), they can provide additional rooms and a bus to move people from CdS. Initial talk was set and they will confirm their support.

Deadline reached and we were not able to get a reply from the university.
We'll plan the schedule according to our initial plan: bigger room available for the first day and other two rooms available for the following two days.
