Make a list of sponsored attendees corresponding to their hotels.
Include the following:
Names (of both roommates) Dates of stay confirmation # Estimated total cost
Split by two hotels, split Marriott into two or three groups, so that a few people can go in and say,
"Please charge these rooms, not including incidentals, to this CC upon checkout."
List is done. The payers are aware that they will be getting a list from Robyn of who they are picking up tabs for, including those folks' confirmation #'s, arrival/departure dates, etc.
